I've often dreamed of the Best Case Scenario to leave a job. You know, a real slash & burn event that would have the remaining employees recounting if for decades. I think it would involve a combination of animal excrement, a simple kitchen timer & the ventilation system. Or maybe some industrial strength laxative & a gaggle of geese, left loose in the plant over a long holiday weekend. Oh, the possibilities are endless.

Haha, oh yes how often over the years has someone else sold your ideas as their own and then tried to stitch you up and out of a job....

But these scum-bags always get found out since they are then unable to deliver new innovations or the ideas they sold that weren't their own.

I've always believed in "credit where credit is due" and if their are rewards then they are passed down to those who deserve it.

CYA for anyone in any job is essential, when your job is on the line and if the company hasn't been responsible enough to put some measurement in place for your performance/achievements, then you should definitely be prepared!!
